From the code you’ve shared, it seems like they’re correctly hooking into the?woocommerce_webhook_payload
?filter. However, it’s possible that the problem lies in the way you’re handling the custom fields in the webhook data.
As far as I know, the?woocommerce_webhook_payload
?filter is meant to modify the payload data of the webhook, not to trigger the webhook itself. If the webhook isn’t firing at all, the issue might be unrelated to this filter.

Hmmm… I am afraid that WooCommerce by default taxes the entire shipping cost if shipping is set as taxable, and does not differentiate between taxable and non-taxable items in the cart.
It sounds that for your use case, it will be necessary to use a plugin like Advanced Shipping Packages to achieve what you have in mind: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/

I see that you are using a third party theme (Zephyr by https://us-themes.com/).
It is important to discuss this first with your theme authors so that they share their observations. There might be a chance they are aware of issues with the mobile version of their theme & the WordPress versions 7.8.1 and 7.8.2 (we have seen similar issue reports in the past with third party themes).Hello @henrydunbar !

Hmmm… This is a warning (not an actual error) to inform you that a plugin on your site is utilizing a somewhat outdated piece of code to obtain certain information. This should not be the cause of the issue you have reported though… Have you noticed some correlation?
Does this get generated every time you are replicating the issue you reported?
