I can’t be sure, but I think I found your CleanTalk account. All sites have old plugin version installed. Could you please check that the Anti-Spam plugin is up to date on all your websites?
If the issгe still persists after updating, we’d like to know the conditions under which the error occurs so we can reproduce it.

My tests showed that this is true only for blocked requests. But this is the issue that needs to be fixed, of course.

- Enable the ‘Protect internal forms’ option in the plugin settings.

This error means that you have enabled the alternative cookies in the Anti-Spam plugin settings. With the installed cache, we recommend to set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Auto’ or ‘Off’.

Please, clear the website cache (I see you have a cache solution installed) and check if there is the same error.
We also recommend setting your website cache to be stored for 24 hours or less. Such option should be in the cache plugin settings.

Please, check that all types of web forms protection are enabled in the plugin settings. and you have all green marks on the Anti-Spam plugin settings page.

Could you please look for these missed spam in your Anti-Spam logs and give us examples so we can understand what we can do to resolve the issue? You can mark these requests as Spam or provide us with IDs of requests.

We recommend enabling the Anti-Crawler option to block bots from even accessing your site. This option is designed for blocking any bots (with the exceptions): https://cleantalk.org/help/anti-flood-and-anti-crawler#anticrawl.
We also recommend updating the Anti-Spam plugin, you have installed one of the previous version, not the latest one.
