yes Alex, I spoke to the theme developers. They are unable to fix so they recommended I talk to you.
If you have any secure line, I can share access to the them for you to have a quick look.
To be honest, the Plugin works 100% and it is so far the easiest. Even the Theme developers were surprised about the easy interaction with WP. But this Footer issue is unfortunate.
