In reply to: [Kadence] Mobile Font is different from Desktop versionHey @chitocamacho
I have noticed that there are a couple more issues with the mobile and tablet versions of the site, in reference to the actual store products. The top of the H1 Titles are cut off and squashed together now ??
I have taken some screenshots on my iPhone to show you.

Would you know how I can get around this at all?
Thank you,
Kate

In reply to: [Kadence] Shipping Footer is stacking incorrectly on MobileHey Karla,
Sorry to come back to you after closing this, but I’ve just noticed something and attach a video to show you.

Stacking-wise, everything looks awesome. Thank you again for the tips! But on the tablet preview, the curly font has gone and the content under each heading isn’t inline. I was hoping to have the content all nicely in line with each other, with a slight gap beneath the headings. The mobile preview of this and the desktop look great in this regard.
The mobile version is stacking beautifully, but the only issue with this preview is that the curly font has reverted like the table preview.
Do you know of a way around this at all?
Thank you,
Kate

In reply to: [Kadence] Shipping Footer is stacking incorrectly on MobileKarla, Thank you so so much!
I had a feeling that separate rows would be an issue. Such a silly school boy error!
Thank you so much for the video. This one has been driving me a little stir crazy, so I really appreciate your help!
Thank you,
Kate

In reply to: [Kadence] Top Menu PaddingChito, you are a superstar! Thank you so so much. It looks so much better now.
The page settings were already set to default. But not the case with the customizer. Now that I’ve changed the customizer, the menu looks awesome!
Thank you,
Kate
Hey @maykato
Thank you for coming back to me.
So I had the WooCommerce Payments set up to authorize payments, meaning that the transactions will not go through until they are manually captured under Payments > Settings > Issue an authorisation on checkout, and capture later. I had this ticked before, but have now unticked it and the payments are now showing in the Payments > Overview and Transactions screen.
There seems to be a delay in when the payment will be deposited into the site owner’s bank account. I guess this is because it’s the first payment and all other payments will be deposited much faster after this? Or is there a setting somewhere where I can adjust the timing of deposits? This might be helpful for you @passiondigitalpublishing
@maykato I can now see the payments I made in the payment dashboard after unticking the Issue an authorisation on checkout, and capture later box.
Can I safely now assume that if the payments are now showing and the net amount of money will be deposited into the site owner’s bank account on the 5th of August, that everything is now good to go in regards to WooCommerce Payments? Does it sound safe to you to receive payments via WooCommerce Payments? ??
Thank you,
Kate
Hey @margaretwporg
Thank you for coming back to me.
I believe the transaction was successful, as I was notified by my bank that the payment had gone through at the time, it’s just that the site owner didn’t receive any communication from the bank or WooCommerce or Stripe.
Looking today at the transaction in my bank account, the two payments that I made yesterday (which created pop-ups to notify me at the time) are not showing in my bank. So perhaps those two payments were not successful after all. They were both made with WooCommerce Payments.
I was thinking that if we waited for 7 days for the WooCommerce Payment to hit the owner’s account (if it ever does), it might then be safe to enable WooCommerce Payments again. Does that sound like a rubbish idea? Do you think it might make things worse? Maybe I could test it on a staged site first?
Thank you,
Kate
The site owner really wants to launch the site today and announce it to start getting orders. Do you think it would be terrible if I simply disable WooCommerce Payments – Credit card / debit card until I can fix it? It will just leave the site with Stripe – Credit Card (Stripe). Stripe is the only functional payment gateway
Hey @ihereira
Thank you for coming back to me.
If there is a delay in a payment being received in the site owner’s bank, how can we be sure that the transaction was successful and that the live mode is working correctly? Is there a way to tell or check or do we simply have to wait 7 days for the transaction to appear in the account?
I will create a new thread, thank you for the tip there!
Thank you,
Kate

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Trigger a pop-up upon a specific purchaseHey @xue28
Thank you so much for the tip. I really appreciate your help with this. I just really want to help my friend as much as I can and you guys in all these different WordPress forums have been so incredibly helpful to me. So thank you, you are all such a lifeline to less knowledgeable folks like me!
This could be a really good idea.
I have asked in their support forum to see if anyone there knows of a solution.
Thank you,
Kate

Thank you for coming back to me.
I had a look at these all and they all look fine, except I was hoping to use Calendly for this.
I did see the WooCommerce Bookings app. This does seem like the perfect solution. If it weren’t for the price tag, I’d probably be using that.
I have asked Calendly support to see if they know of a way around it.
Unless there’s a way where I could connect Calendly to one of these plugins. Is that a possibility at all?
Thank you,
Kate

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Trigger a pop-up upon a specific purchaseHey @roxannestoltz
Thank you for coming back to me.
I had a look at this plugin. It’s actually pretty cool.
The only pickle with it is that my friend needs for people to select a day and a time for their appointment.
I couldn’t see that this plugin has the option to select the time for the date unless I’m missing something.
I really appreciate you telling me about this plugin though. It really looks like a great option, it’s just missing the time option.
