Tara, there are no plugins activated. This is a fresh installation.
Webdesignerchristian, I have checked everywhere. It should under Appearance of course, but there just isn’t any widgets menu.

Thank you Tara, the theme supports both widgets and sidebar. The theme support has not answered my questions.
