Hello @blueglassinteractive i have verified my form setting and in that i have selected the ‘Name’ type for first and last name both so when i changed it to text its working correctly for me.

I have configured the pluging and only used below fields on form:

First name
Last Name
Email
Mobile Num
Experience
CV
Apply button

Please do let me know in case if any want to know about any further settings.

You can use WP ALL Export Plugin for export any of your data into CSV File.
