Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: JavaScript Error Help: “SyntaxError: expected expression, got ‘<'"I Googled it too and found that chimptastic.com is part of MailChimp. I wasn’t using any of their pop-up forms, but was using an extension so that MailChimp would work with Contact7. I tried turning off all of the plugins and turning them on one-by-one, but that didn’t get rid of the error either. I then deleted that file altogether and it’s still showing up for me – odd. I’ll give it a day and see if it clears itself up.
Thanks!

Awesome, thank you for the help! I was wondering where ShortPixel was coming from and figured it was Smush using the ShortPixel domain for storage. Thanks again!
I had the same issue and would love to know if there is any plans to fix this. It’d also be nice to know what alternatives other users have found that doesn’t give this error.
Oh, perfect – I’ll update! Thanks.
After deleting both of those plugins and starting with the reinstall of Simple Security Firewall, I turned off G.A.S.P Protection, logged out, and then was able to login successfully. I then reinstalled Sucuri Security and everything is working fine now.
I tried deleting Sucuri Security (through the host file manager) to see if I could login and it still didn’t work right. I deleted Simple Security Firewall next and it went back to letting me login. I’ll play with the settings to see if I can just get rid of the check box.
The only one that may come close is Sucuri Security. It tells me when someone logs in, but doesn’t do anything else with logins.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7- Not receiving emailsAfter trying all that was mentioned here, I couldn’t get the emails to come through to me. That is, until I did what @woutcompay mentioned – worked perfectly! Yes, it takes some steps to get set-up, but once it’s complete, it’s done. Also, I use the Flamingo plug-in to ensure all submissions are captured… just in case.
