In reply to: [Gutenberg] Gutenberg design switched – how to revert?Hi there @theincogtion. Thanks for reaching out to support. Are you using the latest plugin? There have been some visual changes, but you should be able to still move blocks.
I do see some colouring in your screenshots that might also indicate a plugin or theme is also changing the experience. That said, let’s see about a few steps to find out what is going on.
Are you able to go to your options and see if you have ‘top toolbar’ selected, make sure you turn that off? Then click a block in your content to see if your movers return.
Should they not, would you be able to set the theme to maybe Twenty Twenty and turn off any plugins that could impact the editor. I know this is a lot to ask, but I would love in this case to remove as many variables from this to get things back for you.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] (It Used To Be) Riddled with problems@frogdesk I just wanted to come back to this review and ask if you have tested the block editor as a little bit of time has passed and there have been improvements around the areas you are highlighting. If you are able to test again it would be really great to get your feedback as it’s really appreciated to dig into.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] More Flexibility Would Make It Better@bill4596, thanks for taking the time to write this review. You go over a lot of points and I wanted to spend some time replying to some.
I want to recognise your point to the block editor still being at the start of the journey. That’s important context as iterations and where it should be taken is looked at. As you note, you have a great deal of experience.
Your point about considering all different mental approaches is very important, thank you for sharing. It is very true someone’s distraction is another’s distraction-free and vice versa.
I would love to explore more what you feel you have to work around in Gutenberg, I know you mention a few examples but if you have time would love a few more. Is there anything by using Elementor you find easier for example?
You have already given some great insights but I would love to have some more specifically on what flexibility is essential.

In reply to: Extra items above the page menu are blocking the font styleHi and thanks for reaching out to get support. I would like to ask a few more details to find out what is going on. Is the font style within the editor or a specific theme? Do you have any plugins activated that might be causing this?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] UnbelievableThanks for taking the time to leave a review @dabeachbum. I would love to dig a bit more into what problems you are having. Depending on the system you are using there is an option to multiple select and for example on mac use the ‘x’ backspace key and delete them. What system are you using?
