one more plug in to add to the black list that will take you down with a 3.0.5. “organize-series” I had a older version not compatable with 3.0
took my whole site down could not even access the admin…nice.
What the plug in does: adds a new taxonomy to the WordPress taxonomy structure so your blog would have “categories”, “tags”, and “series” as the taxonomy types.
Needless to say…I have seen the light …. disable all plugins prior to WP upgrades (in your Admin panel!) and reactive ONE BY ONE and check your site on each reactivation… it sounds like a lot of work…but if you dont you will have to follow the intructions above and FTP and create a dummie directory and stick all of the plug ins in it and then FTP one by one to find the offender. Not my idea of a fun Friday evening…good thing I had a few shots of tequila to keep me calm.
