In reply to: [Catch Flames] change background colour on all 3 columnsAwesome thanks Bojan.
I RE-added your code, after I removed ALL CSS code that I had added previously and Yes I did it in the Theme Options CSS section.
I think I had some code that was conflicting with yours.
I re-introduced each of the code sections that I was using for other areas of the site and it works well.
Thanks! I did not share a link just yet as I have a temp password on the ‘draft’ site.
When I complete it I will add a link.
So far this theme is EXCELLENT. Cheers, KarlopaForum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Catch Flames] change background colour on all 3 columnsOK I tried Several things. I can NOT get any code to work to change the white background colour on the three columns.
I can get it to change on the wrap behind those columns.
I can get it to change on the footers and header background.
Another tip would be appreciated. Thanks.Forum: Themes and Templates

In reply to: [Kavya] change color of blue barThanks, the Jetpack edit CSS works well.

In reply to: [Kavya] change color of blue barOk for some reason it does not work when I put it in the Custom CSS section.
But it does work if I test the colour code in the style sheet. So I will create a child-theme, style.css for what I want.
Thanks.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Kavya] change color of blue barThanks I will try the ‘hover’ link as that is what I am wanting to change more, the Black default background of ‘current’ page and the greys from the hover… drop down menu.
I know CSS and HTML quite well as I have built numerous sites from code. I realize if I change the style sheet I should create a child-style sheet or use the ‘custom’ section.
Thanks.. and how about the Black Menus for the widgets, where do I find that code, so I can tweak it in a child theme.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Kavya] change color of blue barThanks ‘Techievous’ but that didn’t work, added it to my custom CSS. Even cleared the Cache and still black. I’m going to hunt on the php files to see if I can find any colour codes, hidding there. Certainly isn’t any for the NAV on the style sheet, at least that I can see.
