I will try to troubleshoot by with your suggestions.
I don’t think your plugin has moved the categories, just that the other items I have put on the shop page appear above the categories/thumbnails. I think the categories and products will always be the last items on the page.
Sorry I am very new to this and still learning the basics of the shop page etc. Thank you for your reply and I will let you know if I have any further issues or questions.
