Hello @henry321,
There is no built-in option to make info boxes within a certain row equal in height. However, you can define a minimum height for the title area as well as the text area – https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uB6xgx. That way, you can create an equal height if you have titles where some are two lines and others 1.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Woo standard email is overriding KadenceHi @ocean75,
Kindly go to WooCommerce > Status, scroll down until you see the Templates section, and check if you have any email templates override within your theme.
If you do, kindly rename or delete those files so that the plugin email customizations will work properly.
Hope this helps.

KarlaHello Steven,
We appreciate the feedback and suggestion. I have forwarded this now to our development team to see if we can adjust the style.

KarlaHello,
WordPress core itself uses jQuery.
On the other hand, this plugin only loads jQuery on the pages that use a block that needs it. Masonry (gallery type) uses it so if you load a gallery with the style masonry then jQuery will be loaded. There are a few others, like carousels. So it’s block dependant and would only every load if the block on a particular page needs it.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Kadence] Blog page headerHi @kklo,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you set the front page to show your latest posts and enabled the Show site name for page title option in Customizer > Homepage Settings, you’ll need to go to Customizer > General > Colors. Then, scroll down until you see the Title Above Content Background option, and here, set the title section background image you want to use.

In reply to: [Kadence] Footer NavigationHi @kklo,
Thank you for reaching out.
The Footer Navigation footer item does not have a built-in option to show the menu items vertically. However, if you use a Widget item instead and add a Navigation Menu widget in it, the menu items will show vertically listed.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Strange issue on “On Hold Order” emailHi @diogosantos41,
Thank you for reaching out.
The images seem to be broken on the actual email sent. One of the reasons is that those images are not publicly accessible. On the other hand, it is possible that a plugin is causing the issue. If you have a caching or optimization plugin that lazy loads images, try to disable that first and check if the images will be fixed on the actual email.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out.
To change a widget’s content link colors, kindly go to Customizer > Footer, click on the gear icon of the footer row where your widget item was placed, and go to the Design tab.
You should see the Link Colors option and that is where you can change the colors – https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu7DXry.

KarlaHi @myledtherapy,
Unfortunately, there is no option to activate the fluid option for mobile devices only. The email apps will be the ones to render the templates, we cannot really control that like how it is on websites.
Hope this clarifies.

KarlaHello @madjedo,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I tried replicating the issue on my test website. However, even if the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin is activated, the Billing Address still shows on the order details page after checkout.
Kindly try to deactivate other plugins one by one as well to see if the billing address will show. This will pinpoint which plugin may be causing the issue.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
