One way to improve the LCP score is to make resources of the page lighter. Do these steps:
- Edit your homepage.
- Click the Row Layout block where the hamburger background image was selected.
- Go to the mobile setting of the Row Layout block background and select a custom image.
- Reselect the burger image AND select a smaller image file size. Here’s a screenshot – https://share.zight.com/5zuodnkp

The Kadence theme has 3 different header types: the default, transparent, and sticky. I can see you’re using the transparent header.
Make sure that you’re selecting the color within the transparent header settings:
- Go to Customizer > Header > Transparent Header.
- Click the DESIGN tab.
- Scroll down until you see the “Navigation Colors” options – https://share.zight.com/6qu1xEwB

The layout issue will be resolved if the display: block; CSS property will be added to the anchor HTML tag.
I’ve escalated this to our team to check further and fix eventually.
For anyone having the same issue, you can add this to your website’s Customizer > Additional CSS as a temporary solution:

When I click the image, it shows a 404 (Not found) error – https://share.zight.com/4guGJdy2
This is the reason why the image is not showing. I recommend you deactivate some plugins for troubleshooting the issue.
If the doesn’t happen while a plugin was inactive, I’d recommend checking that plugin’s settings to see if there are any options that could affect images.

If you click the arrows to move fields, check your browser console log (https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-view-console-log-errors/).
This should show if there are any errors happening. If you saw texts in the color red, send a screenshot to us so we’ll have more information about the error.
