Hey Dave (@dfilchak), I’m afraid this is not possible. Folders export/import functionality is not available at this moment and we can’t give a suggestion on how to transfer a database as this will update many other files as well. We haven’t used a custom database table for the plug-in and instead we have used WP default tables.

Hey again @vapehanoi , basically in the free plan you can only add up to 2 channels, while in the Pro plan you can add unlimited channels, add various customisation and targeting rules, add WhatsApp and email title and URL tags, create multiple widgets. We’ll be happy to have you on board!

Sure, you can absolutely link your Facebook Messenger page with Chaty.
You need to find your m.me (Messenger) link to connect your Facebook page and add it in the Chaty settings.
You can find the Messenger Link for your page by tapping the settings link from the Facebook Pages Manager app or by clicking on the About section of your Page, can you please try that and let me know if it works for you? It should look like this: https://m.me/your-page-name-here
