Thanks for responding. What I had to do was click the option not to cache in the plugin settings and the problem went away. When I resume caching it comes back. So for now I will put up with the slightly slower load.

Get a developer to make it. Should not be more than $200-$400 depending on who you use. Using some of the freelance services that connect you with developers from countries other than USA etc. might cost even less.
