I’have 3.8.1 and it’s a network installation, I have four blogs on the same platform.

Hi. I have the same problem. I have these plugins installed:

• akismet
• easy-image-gallery
• email-log
• iframe
• password-protected
• restricted-site-access
• subscribe2
• uber-login-logo
• updraftplus

and disabling your plugin by renaming the updraftplus nk-google-analytics plugin directory, I’m able to access admin panels again.
