gbrokke, you don’t have to do anything in most of the cases. There may be some site-specific CSS on your site that prevents Feedback button from being shown. Let me know your site’s url (may be using email) and I’ll figure out what is the problem.

In next release (it will be 0.2.2 most probably) I will change that message to avoid confusion.

It does not actually publish an item, just marks it as “reviewed”. In Usernoise Pro which is under development now, this feature will work as a “pre-moderation”.
