For info I had the same problem the sidebar slideshow was invisible, only the empty space was there.
After just a save of the slideshow-widget it works again.I am not using any caching plugin.
Yep, taking into account that the maximum number of photo’s in an album is 62 this option to show them all on one page even improves usability in this case.
So that is the gain for me then !
Thanks again Jaap.Ha, okay.
Max number of thumbnails per page from 15 to 0 solves the Top-10.Now the albums show all the thumbs so I guess there will come a fix for that, otherwise the pages are getting long and heavy….. however I now see that I can live with that …. perhaps I’ll even keep it that way!
Thanks,
With regard to the changed en changing contents it looks like caching but that would not explain the fact that I now have two pages with the first being empty…
I just did a re-install but no dice…
I am not aware of server side caching (other then the sitemap by my plugin) and am not using a caching-plugin on this site.
And, no mods in the WPPA theme !
Strange ?
Other then the upgrades the page did not change for a while.
On my test-page it behaves the same…..I did also not make any theme updates in the last few weeks….
You can see how it now shows two pages (of 10) where 10 is defied and the first page is empty now…
Are you also on WordPress 3.4.
Any suggestions ?I now see that after an extra (browser) page-refresh I do get the correct specified album Top-10 !
I then still also need to scroll to get to the 10-thumbnail display !?
And then only a single, that is the last selected, album does display. So it looks a bit unpredictable….
Not sure but this happened after the latest WP upgrade in combination with this WPPA version…. So there may be a compatibility problem.
I now also notice that the empty Breadcrumb field is shown on the pages topten display (on my home pge).
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Feedburner Form] [Plugin: Feedburner Form] Fatal Error during installationI have now used “Feedburner Email Widget” plugin that works fine and does the same.
Thanks,oh, and for all the others saying that being locked out is unacceptable, maybe reconsider using this type of plugin?
Suggestion:
IF user-auth = wp-admin THEN never-lock-out…..I checked on stopforumspam.com but neither my IP (v4), nor email nor userid are registered.
So then it may be your IP Keith if you use that in any way in the plugin.
If you get back in and activate the plugin you should be able to view the history and then disable the plugin.
Well sorry Keith, but I am not going to take such risk.
I did what I described above, remove stop-spammer-registrations.php, Logon to WP, then WP finds a problem and deactivates the plugin (it is then not in the plugin-list), moved back the file stop-spammer-registrations.php and then it is also back in the WP list of plugins, deactivated.
I am almost sure that when I activate it I will be locked out again.
@chimesfreedom see my advice a fw post back. That worked for me.
Then you need to change the access settings for the file or better, logon to your host as admin and delete it there.
…. and try closing the session with the message !
Well my update was correct.. but with the very same problem.
After removing the file stop-spammer-registrations.php WordPress-admin will deactivate it. Then if you place the file back, the plugin is in the list but inactive !
For now you can remove the stop-spammer-registrations.php file from the plugin root. That will do !
Better save a version before you do see, you never know !Me to…

This site is protected by the Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin.Annoyed you say ! Sorry to say but to me this is really unacceptable !!
