I was wondering if you were able to determine the issue as to why your server isn’t able to fetch my website. Thanks

My hosting provider is Sozo Technologies / BizServer.net. They whitelisted the IP address you gave me and still I get the same error message. Needless to say I am pretty frustrated. As a “lite” user, I can’t seem to find any way to open a support ticket to get some help. This issue appears to be out of my control so how do I get help to get this issue fixed?

I am having the same issue with the error message. I contacted my web host and asked them to check and see if there are any firewall or CDN issues as referenced by ArnaudBroes above. His response was for me to ask AIOSEO for IP’s that they are scanning from so that they could be whitelisted in the firewall. Or is there something else that can be done to fix the issue?

Any help would be appreciated!
