The problem seems to be the following plugins:

• WP-Optimise – Clean, Compress, Cache

• Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on Pro

I am talking to the Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on Pro developers but, while we are trying to solve this, the feedback has been that as it’s an email getting sent twice, the issue is with Contact Form 7.

At this stage, we’re leaning towards taking the Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on Pro off the website.

Do you have any other advice?
