    when i client on the link to download xml file i still have a page the opens with text it is not a downloadable file this is the begin of what i see

    Well if this can help i just found a solution is first save file as unicode then change extension from txt to cvs and that is done.

    Hello dear Tobias you know before installing your plugin i went to read some comments and many people mentioned the outstanding support. But i am just impressed you replied to me in less than 1 minutes. I just wonder how you do. how can you have a plugin with more than 700.000 installation and still be as fast as your are to adress issues Waoooo i am just wonderfully impressed. i will try your solution and thank you for your help

    yes my dear i had exactly the same problem. i was replied exactly by the same words.
    As for you question if i did find a solution to have menu on my amp pages the answer is YES !!!

    i switched to AMP for WP i have amp menus in header and footer and so many level of customization and fantastic support team.

    I believe now you know what to do next good luck

    here is an example of my amp page you may click here to see how nice my amp pages look now with menu of course I really suffured beacause of this before but now i am just okay with AMP for WP

    Also try To connect To your website from a device (computer, smartphone) that has never connected To your website before) as your own device stores cookies that might not reflect updated status) what i mean is clear cashe on server level and in your own browser)

    I have downgraded Yoast to 8.0.4 but did not solve the problem i then reinstalled latest version (problem) still there. when i disable yoas the PAGE window displays fine but the MEDIA (gallery) window does not diplay fine.

    what i have done is activate Yoast as normal i think it is some CSS conflict which will be resolved some day in the future. the actual problem doest not forbidd me to work on my pages or images. only it is less confortable.

    I cannot attach a printscreen here but to explain exact problem when you install polylang under each element item you have a sort of window whith few links (modify, quick modification, send to trash …) all those links display in a vertical line with one letter per line

    Well i have reported the issue you can create a ticket if you want as for me. i wait until one day it will be resolved (or not …) for me i consider topic as closed

    Now up to you to try fix this or not

    Well i won’t let this exchange on a position where i am kind of blaming support team I really want to say even if everyone knows this … i think … that Yoast is just the best wordpress SEO tools of all times. full of wonderfull features.

    And I thank a lot all the developping team to make available for us such amazing plugin

    i managed to find the cause of the problem.

    Indeed on my mobile phone i was connected (in wordpress) so i had the admin bar on top of the screen and somehow the toggle menu button was in a position such as when i touch (click on it) it’s as if i click on first menu item which is right under and (this triggers page to reload.

    I then tried to open my website on another mobile phone and i had no problem. and i logged off wordpress from my own mobile phone and had no more admin bar on top of the screen and the problem dissapeared.

    I am 100% sure that you did not even test on your side to reproduce the problem otherwise you would have noticed that you would not experience any of the problem, yet i think every good support agent this is the first thing he would do. and i think this is why we send the link of the concerned issue … anyway …

    Lastly I believe this (tiny) problem is not theme related as you mentionned but Yoast related issue as i said this only happened when yoast plugin was active.

    After saying all i Said and knowing how efficient and user friendly your plugin is i can just not leave my rating the way is. And knowing my problem was not due To your plugin but was server related. I just give you your 5 stars thanks To great multilingual plugin. And cheap price ( i forgot that one)

    I agree totally with you. The root cause of the problem was database memcash that made my translation dissapear. let me make this clear I gave you 2 stars because of support delay. But you plugin in its category is by far the best. As i consider 2 types of multilingual plugins for WP on one side the type where you have To duplicate all your pages. WPML and polylang and on the other side the type where your translations are directly saved in database. Translatepress weglot gtranslate i tried all these (2nd type) and your plugin is by far the best and i Find it unfair To see you have 20.000 dowloads and plugins less better than yours have 5 times more downloads. So you guys if you really want to grow bigger with your awsome plugin please invest in Support. Make live chats like for GTranslate… that was my small piece of advice
