I have a theme template Camba

UPDATE:

The plugin worked as long as the restricted page did not have a custom template.
As soon as I changed it to a custom template, the restrict access to logged in users stopped working.

I changed my theme to 2020 and your plugin works fine. Let me play around further to see if this solution works for me.

I can also confirm that after downgrading to WordPress 5.4.2 and ultimate member v2.1.6 the forms are appearing on page load.

I have found something strange on further investigation.

When the page that contains the shortcode loads, it does not show the form.
But, when I right click and select “Inspect” the whole form suddenly shows up!
This is happening in Chrome as well as Edge browsers

Looks like it was a caching issue, I installed WP-Rocket and preloaded the cache. This sorted out the problem.
My apologies for doubting the theme ??
