there’s also timthumb, but i think it only works for main site, not for single post… i think so, cause the sizes of the thumbs are so like in main site…

Normal permissions for folders in public_html is 755 and files 644 and I make my wp-config.php to 640

I do not why you have index.php at 750
as when you set files at 644 that means
user group world can read the file and only you as user can write on it

i know, by default they were 644 and folders 755, but i can not do anything – i mean, i cannot upload image into new post, or i can not update/save php or css file, if i edit it through wp dashboard…

Could be how PHP is configured on the sever. Is SuPHP or DSO configured as the PHP Handler?
