In reply to: [Enable Media Replace] WP 4.0 Compatible?Thank you for releasing the new version ?? Works great.
Just an FYI… I don’t know why, but on some sites the plugin worked fine when I upgraded to the newest version. For other sites, however, I had to deactivate/delete the plugin and then download/re-install to get it working again.
In any case, though, the Replace media link is back, and I am very happy! Thanks again.

In reply to: Embedded video still appears as gray box in editor window.I tried disabling a few plugins, but I didn’t try changing themes. I am responsible for about 20 sites, so disabling plugins/changing themes is more work than I have time to do for such a minor improvement.
So I think I’ll just chalk this up to cosmetic inconvenience, mark it resolved, and call it a day.
Thanks anyways ??
I’m not seeing this exact issue on my sites. When I switch to distraction-free mode, the first line of text is right beneath the editor menu with no gap between them. However, the editor menu is not cutting off any text on my posts or pages.
This issue is now resolved on all of my sites running the latest beta release, 4.0-RC1. When I edit a post/page, I see both the buttons and the Editor Menu above them.

In reply to: Attachment Details screen allows changes but has no Update button.Okay. I guess I just find that to be inconsistent with the interface on other WP screens. I am updating WP documentation and training videos for clients and am having to explain how this screen works differently from others, which makes it an odd (and somewhat confusing) interface design choice. Not my choice to make, though ??

In reply to: [Comment Images] limiting comment image widthThanks for this post. I added the code to my child theme’s css file, and now the images are all re-sized when they are uploaded.
Again, thank you!
Thanks, Yorman. I guess what confuses me is that I have the same version Sucuri on several sites, and the option appears on all but one of them. So I have no idea why it doesn’t work on that one site.
I guess I’ll just wait to see when it starts working on the last site.

In reply to: TinyMCE Advanced editor menu missing from visual editorI noticed other posts in this forum that mentioned TinyMCE Advanced plugin issues, so I wasn’t sure whether to post there on plugin developer’s forum. I have now created a post on the plugin forum, though, so I will mark it resolved here.
Thanks.
Okay, I went looking through the fields again, and I found the form auto fill option under the name field. Oddly, I think I looked for it under the email field previously and for some reason didn’t check under the name field ?? Sorry for not finding that option before posting the issue. Please close this as resolved. Thanks.

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Conflict between Gravity Forms and Meteor SlidesI don’t know how useful this will be, but I just did the opposite of what you are doing, i.e., I added Meteor Slides to a site where I already had Gravity Forms installed. Both plugins seems to co-exist just fine when they are installed in that order. I also have other plugins that appear in the nav menu, and they’re all visible and working fine.
I know it’s a bit of work, buy maybe you could uninstall Meteor Slides, deactivate Gravity Forms (but don’t uninstall or you’ll lose your forms), re-install Meteor Slides, and then reactive Gravity Slides. Hopefully, both plugins will show up in the nav menu and work.
Good luck!

In reply to: [User Role Editor] Allow editing menusHi again. Please disregard previous post. I am dealing with a detached retina, so eyes aren’t working too well this week. Anyway, I re-read your instructions, and copied the php file to wp-contents/mu-plugins, and it worked like a charm. Thanks!

In reply to: [User Role Editor] Allow editing menusI am also trying to give editors permission to update the menus on their sites. I tried to download the plugin linked above (https://role-editor.com/allow-access-appearance-menu-items/), but I got an error when I tried to install it. WordPress said it wasn’t a valid plugin. Is there any other way to enable access to menus?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Child Themify] Wondering whether any fix is coming.Websiteguy, thanks for the suggestion. I will take a look at the plugin for future reference.
John, THANK YOU for the new version. I just tried it on a site, and it created the new theme. I did notice one small hiccup, though. Once I entered the name of the new child theme, the confirmation page that said “Your child theme was created successfully” also included the prompt and “Let’s go” button from previous screen. So, a bit confusing….
I just left the confirmation page and went on to verify that the new child theme was created, which is was ??
I just installed the 3.8.13 update, and the state info is now displayed correctly in the CSV file. Thanks Jeff and Justin for your replies. The latest release of WP-e-Commerce has made my holidays much happier!
Sorry for not replying sooner. Thank you so much for updating the plugin! I’ve just installed the new version, and it seems to be working great. You made my day!
Again, thank you!!
