Sadly the plugin became extremely slow again. I might need to delete it as well, which I don’t want since it is a fantastic plugin.
I have noticed that the google chrome issue only comes in place when I am logged in as administrator. If I log-out it works as it should. I still don’t know where to alter the second issue.

Ok, I have found out that my theme was overwriting it: this is what I have found in the header.

I forgot to mention that it does not override only the Index page, but also every other page or post… ??
