It might be conflict with theme/plugins.

First Set Default theme and check.

Second Deactivate All other plugin and activate one by one and check.

Third check debug log or console error.

We have used EC Addons Plugins from www.remarpro.com for Tabs and It’s works fine.

It might be compatibility issue with tabs of elementor template kits with our Chart. You can try EC Addons Plugins from www.remarpro.com

We have added custom class option in Hover and MouseInOut.

It’s in testing face. You need to wait for couple of days for our next release. Or you can ask https://www.support.kapasias.com/ for beta version.
