In reply to: page only for registered usersThis function sends headers so you’ll need to make sure you use it early enough. I haven’t tested this, but you can probably hook into the init action and run the code from there.
sorry, i’m not a programmer, could you please write … slower, so i can understand?
could you please explain what i should do?
thank you very much

hi
sorry, i couldn’t find it.
on: Settings _> The Events Calendar i see the options, but not a way to edit the page; add text, modify the headline (Calendar of Events), add foto etc.
thank you

In reply to: pages showing posts – newbiehi
thanks for the answers but i didn’t find what i was looking for.
on my site, i created a page called “blog”. it’s empty.
in setting>reading i defined it as the posts page.
it shows all the posts.
it shows title, author, date, content etc, with the theme design.i want to do exactly that but showing posts only from one category (or tag).
anf then create several pages like that.if i use plugins like: “get_post” or “Category Show” or “List category posts” i only get a list of links to the posts.
i want the page to look like a posts page, only showing posts from one category.
thanks

In reply to: previewing themeshi
i know, but the png is deep down inside the zip file.
is there a utility, or technique to see a quick preview of a folder with themes?
like after doing a search on fotolia?
like picasa?
