i did it and still get the same error.
i created a zip of the entire site, on the root of the site. (in dropbox).

but i still get the message: “Error: no WPB2D zip archives found in that folder.”

any solution?

saga continues:
doesn’t work in chrome, but works in ie.

ok.

i installed WPB2D Simple Restore, but after authorizing dropbox, it gives me a screen where the only option is:
I did not backup to a subfolder

and then it says: Error: no WPB2D zip archives found in that folder.

what is it looking for? and where? i don’t have a zip file, the site was backedup as open, i see all files on dropbox, no zip.

i have the full backup.

YOU ARE RIGHT.
it DOES work with another theme. (twenty twelve for example).

the theme i use is a theme i created with artisteer/templateer.

i never had problems in the past with those themes. i have other sites in which i use a templates i created with artisteer and with your plugin, they work fine.

which is jetpack.

i deactivated jetpack and – voila – now i see all products.

BUT BUT BUT…

jetpack allowed me to change some important css thrugh appearance.
now i don’t have it.
i can’t continuwe without it.

i will have to build a child theme or some other way to change the css, or disable stats in jetpack, what do you think?

I don’t know how to disable only stats in jetpack?
i’m not sure it’s possible

all the internal pages show at the buttom some link to WP (it’s a theme without a footer) (twenty twelve).
and a link to another plugin i use.

On the homepage (“shop” page) i don’t see the links on the buttom.
