Can’t remove footer credit test in my wordpress website.

also try deactivate all plugins, change to default theme and also cleare browser cache but cant work.

Receive same otp when wcfm vendor register using mobile number and otp is send on vendor enter number. In this case receive same otp on different mobile number. When the vendor enter 1234567890 and by mistake the number is incorrect. So vendor replace number 0123456789 to receive otp same on both number and both number are valid number.

I have a no idea of custom development. So any helps how to do this on my website.
