Thank you guys i will try PHPMYADMIN….I’m back on my blog but that is the last thing I have to do(Change the options)…..I never used phpmyadmin but I guess it’s a great time to start.

I cannot find the options file…I think my wordpress version is lower than 2.5

Thanks so much…I have one more question…. How do you get to the options File if you are ftp rather than php myadmin?
