    When it comes to subdomains, they are treated as separate pages by Tidio. This means that if you have Tidio installed on your main domain and subdomain, it may not work as you expected.

    Unfortunately, Tidio uses local storage for most of the identification information, and this information is not shared between pages. As a result, Tidio may not be able to properly identify returning visitors who navigate between the main domain and subdomain.
