Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: showing post repeatedlyThe problem is caused by the Sideblog WordPress Plugin, at least in my case. Try updating that to the latest version and then make sure you updated the options as well.

In reply to: Modifying the Autotrackback PluginIt’s already been repaired. It can be found here on this post.
Enjoy.

In reply to: Keep getting forced to d/l php scriptOk, it turns out that it was the ping list that I had (I had about 8 sites that I was pinging). Right after that I could save and publish all my posts.

In reply to: Keep getting forced to d/l php scriptCould it be more specific? Because I don’t really know what exactly to tell my host what to look for.

In reply to: Keep getting forced to d/l php scriptI’ve got the same problem as well.

In reply to: No AJAXfied Write?I can see it on other blogs on my browser Just not my own.

In reply to: No AJAXfied Write?Yeah, the expandable/movable options in the “Write” page doesn’t seem to work for me. I thought at first, it’s my browser, but then I can see the AJAX working on WordPress.com and on another blog that is running Beta-1.
It just happens to be my server that is affected.
I can’t figure out what the issue is or what could prevent it from showing.

In reply to: No Comment After CommentingProblem resolved. It WAS indeed SK2 as Ronizel suggested. It didn’t see it work even after I deactivated it because the comment_count was still broken on posts prior to the deactivation to begin with which is a related comment_count bug.
But subsequent posts after I deactivated SK2 works perfectly when you comment.
Forum: Alpha/Beta/RC
In reply to: No Comment After CommentingI take it back. The comment_count is still frozen despite editing the table.
I guess I accidentally edit that page I guess. Though I don’t recall doing so. Odd.
Forum: Alpha/Beta/RC
In reply to: No Comment After CommentingNo. The number of comments on my recent posts are there because I added them manually to the comment_count table. Surprisingly when I do that, it would work normally and add any additional comment increment for that post. But not for the other posts.

In reply to: No Comment After CommentingI don’t think it was a plugin conflict. I seriously shut off all comment plugins and even changed themes to be careful. It turns out that the comment_count table isn’t updated for some reason. I can’t figure out what it is.
Forum: Alpha/Beta/RC
In reply to: No Comment After CommentingNope. All comment related plugins disabled and commented under Kubrick Theme just in case it’s a theme problem. Comment count doesn’t increase and nothing changes.
I did find the same problem here in the trac, but it doesn’t state what the fix is. Damn…so close to the answer.
Now my comment link and comment number has disappeared.

In reply to: No Comment After CommentingI don’t know if I’m using the wp-comments-post.php from the beta. I uploaded everything in the zip file and it’s all there in the wordpress directory. All I know is that the call functions comments_popup_links() and comments_numbers() wouldn’t have changed anything and they are still being used in the template.
I have a lot of comment related plugins like Paged Comment Editing and Recent Comments List which need to access the Comment DB directly. The other plugins can be found here.

In reply to: No Comment After CommentingYup and all other posts that have already been commented doesn’t update their number to correspond to the number of comments in the post. Example:
https://www.kamigoroshi.net/archive/2005/11/16/899#comments
It has 6 comments but reads 5. Happened after the Beta-1 install.
