I deselected “trigger once per session” under “Exit Intent and saved the changes then cleared the website history and data on my mobile devices to test and the popup still isn’t appearing.. I tried on 2 different phones

this is seriously disappointing.. I responded with the exported link 6 days ago and haven’t heard anything from support since.. this is for my business and the plugin not working on mobile devices is impacting it:(
