I already read it before I installed it and took the chance. The text says: “This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”
It only states that it may have compability issues and that it may no longer be maintained, so I took the chance. If you have WordPress, you would probably always update to and use the latest version of it. This plugin may be fatal for your site, and I think it should be deleted.
