OK, the plugin is tested on BuddyPress Default Theme and so it’s likely that there would be some kinks with other themes. It would help if you could avail a link to a copy of your theme so I test and fix.

murdoco, I had the same problem after installing v1.0.32 on wordpress 2.8. The solution by pholly “Deactivate WordPress Automatic Upgrade (Thanks mcb00)” worked and the NAVT Lists menu showed up under Tools.

One more thing, I reactivated WordPress Automatic Upgrade and the NAVT Lists menu is still showing.
