Thanks for the reply. I found the culprit somewhat. When I UNCHECKED the “Use Updated Calendar Designs” everything went back to working. This customization was done before the Updated Calendar Designs was an option. So now I guess I have until August to see what needs to be updated in my customization so it will work with the Updates Designs.

If there are any links or tutorials I would appreciate a point in the right direction.

I rolled back to the plugin version that is working on the other site and it did not fix the issue.

The fresh install did the trick. Thank you.

I actually saw the #9 and downloaded the latest version and overwrote into into the plugin folder. Whatever is forcing version 9 is still in the folder obviously. I will attempt to replace it.

I do not see that option in Status or any of the other settings. Which is why I chose to try the one with the similar sounding name.

I just tested and if I check YES on Output to HTML
Send the template output as HTML to the browser instead of creating a PDF.

This it will output the invoice, but obviously that defeats the purpose if I want a PDF.

That’s the issue…I cannot disable it and test for the issue. The Woo Layout Injector is what I am using in the Divi Builder to create the layouts. And the Custom Crop for the Woo Images is the only reason I am using your plugin.

The developer of Woo Layout Injector says there is no known conflict, so I don’t even know how to troubleshoot the issue.

Unfortunately even after checking that box and regenerating all thumbnails I am still getting that issue, and it is still random. It isn’t even Products that I have updated, or part of the same category. It appears to be completely random.

How can I fix this, because I have a client complaining every time a thumbnail size changes because it throws the uniformity of the site off.

I have checked that option. I guess now I can do is wait and see if it works.

I appreciate the reply. I currently have v7.7.1 installed. I have deactivated and reactivated. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have even downloaded latest version and FTPed over current plugin. It still shows an update is available, but only on select sites.

Is there any point in posting Support Related topics here?

Thanks Colin…the script works just fine. I rolled back to 4.2.2 and it is working as it should.

And thanks Robert for the reference. I appreciate the heads up. I will wait and see if this is fixed in 4.2.4 before I attempt to go back and fix the code on hundreds of pages.

Anyone else want to venture a suggestion for a workaround?
