I am trying to activate Meta Box plugins installed by a legacy developer and recently purchased the core extensions bundle but only got 1 email that confirmed the purchase. Never received any other information about how to login to my account. The username has been registered but when I try to rest the password it tells me an email has been sent but it never arrives. Please help. Very frustrated.

I am having the same problem as described buy @dsals above. I sent an email and have heard nothing back. Are you folks still in business? How do I ask for a refund on my recent purchase?
