Anyone else notice the HTML injected in header on this post?

Hello, this thread says it is resolved but I cannot see any answer. I am experiencing the exact same issue.

Our site has been having a similar issue, activating WC causes hundreds of css requests which create apache children, inevitably crashing the site.
