Aha ok.

Can you please deactivate all other plugins and check whether URL Shortify works or not?

If that works, means some plugin is conflicting with URL Shortify.

If that doesn’t work, there must be some other issue.

Where does the plugin store the redirects? In the WP-Database or in a htaccess?

Redirects are stored in the database.

The website is not currently live yet and therefore under an work-URL subdomain.domain.com instead of just domain.com. After golive we will replace all URL-entries in the database with search and replace. Now I wonder, if we will also be able to replace the URLs created by your plugin form work-URL to live-URL.

We are not storing the whole URL. We just store the short URL only. So, according to us, when you go live, you won’t need to change anything.

But yes, if you have used subdomain URL into target URL, you have to change it later when you go live.

We haven’t added any restriction of short links in the free plan as well. You can create unlimited short links.

We have also tested it on our development setup and it’s working correctly.

Please share the screenshot of how it looks. We will take a look at this issue.

Let us know for which custom post type(s) you would like to generate short link?

We will add it into the upcoming release of URL Shortify.
