Hi there!

I found a resolution to all of this! I installed a plugin called ‘WP File Manager’ that you can use to edit the template files directly. The templates are in wp-content/plugins/learnpress/templates/emails/plain/

I also installed WP Mail SMTP, WordFence, and Easy Updates Manager

From here you can edit your templates, and hopefully your emails go out too. Mine just started working when I did this!

Oh no! I haven’t had that issue yet, but hoping someone in support can help us.

We are launching today and I needed this fixed today too.

Hopefully we both get things resolved! It is a serious issue for sure…

Can someone please help me with this issue?

My main issues now are:

1) Email are not sending to the customer when enrolling or creating account etc, same as admin.

2) I cannot customize email templates or color scheme, they just revert back to default.

We are launching today so I need this fixed ASAP.

Funny, because with the new update, I’m not even getting 1 email. When I edit email notifications, my changes are deleted, and the default is re
placed. Hope the bug is fixed asap!

I am having the exact same issue! It is so frustrating.

I hope they fix the bug asap. Are you able to modify your color scheme too? When I edit the emails as well as the color scheme, it reverts back to the default

Just following up. I keep running onto 4 issues:

1) I have set up my email notifications correctly, but in test mode, when I purchase a course, myself the admin, nor the customer gets an email confirmation with their purchase order.

2) Where can I add taxes to the course purchase price? I am using the premium stripe app.

3) I can’t edit the color schema. When I do, and hit save it deletes all of my changes.

4) When I edit email notifications, I hit save, and my work is gone, but the notifications revert to the default.

Could you please help me with these issues?

Yeah, it’s unfortunate ?? My customers haven’t been able to make any requests on my website.. I too have 5.1.1 version. Everything is updated on my end, but the plugin update that went out didn’t work, which is unfortunate. Hoping it starts working again soon!

Hi there,

It’s version 2.3.4. I don’t understand why it still won’t take reservations for me.

I have to manually block the calendar for people, but when people try and make requests, it says it goes through on their end, but we never receive an email to approve the request, nor does the calendar block itself off.

Are you able to help me further?
