In reply to: [Plugin: Lazyest Gallery] Multiple GalleriesIn case anyone is curious…since I only have about 10 people who will need to logon and access different galleries, I’ve created a role for each user that is the same name as their username. I then control the gallery access by role, each user/role has access to their own folder of the gallery. If they go to the root of the gallery, they see that other folders exist, but they don’t have access to them as the folders are locked.
I’ve also made the users’ start page go directly to their section of the gallery. If they really hunt around they can still find the root of the gallery, but I’m not really too concerned with this.

In reply to: [Plugin: Lazyest Gallery] Multiple GalleriesThanks for the suggestion, although I’m not really sure how I would do something like that. Are you talking about using the built in word press gallery shortcode or are you talking about doing it with lazyest gallery?
I’ve set it up so that each user only has access to their respective area of the FTP site, and their machine is constantly adding new images to their directory in a folder that is for active files. Old files are stored in different directories that are auto created when a set number of images has been uploaded. I need something that will automatically index the user’s directory and show the contents so that the user can see the newest images that have been updated. The user should have access to old files if they so choose.
