Do you mean the StoreCustomizer panel in the WordPress Customizer is disappearing?
Are you able to deactivate plugin or maybe test another theme in the Customizer (you can do this without saving the changes) and see if that helps?

Apologies for the delay in my response.
Do you mean the font size on the Product single pages?
Or on the url you sent? as it looks normal size there.The product page font size is usually determined by the theme you’re using, and StoreCustomizer only offers design settings for more main features.
You can add the following custom CSS to Customize -> Additional CSS to increase the stock level font size.
body.single-product div.product p.stock {
font-size: 15px;

StoreCustomizer doesn’t change the button functionality so I hope it wasn’t StoreCustomizer.If it was, I’d really like to sort this out for you asap.

ZackIt might be the theme you’re using that has not added support for the product gallery zoom and lightbox, or maybe you need to enable it within the theme settings?
StoreCustomizer only adds the option to remove them as they should come standard with WooCommerce.
Have you asked the theme developers about this?

Does the log indicate that StoreCustomizer is causing the issue?
And does it say anything about where the issue is breaking in the code?

Ok sure… So there isn’t a setting for it… I can lower the z-index in the next update for you, but for now you can add the following custom CSS to Customize -> Additional CSS to adjust it.
.wcz-soldout { z-index: 99; }

Can you please send me screenshots of what is overlapping or not displaying properly… As when I look at the page on mobile it seems to look fine for me.
