Thanks, we did add some declarations in the style section in the page-signup.php after copying the page and it is working for the registration. Now I assume we need to do the same for wp-activate.php as it is not controlled by your plugin but hooking directly the functions of wp.

Same here, multisite install and the notification is appearing all the time. Cleared all cache.
