Hi Munir – thank you for your response. I didn’t receive the confirmation email nor was there an account created under [email protected]. The bigger issue here though is that I submitted TWO support tickets directly through your website and never received a response to those either. I’ve spoken with my dev team and they’ve decided that even if your plugin might be good, it’s clearly not very well supported – and that’s a dealbreaker. Please refund my payment in full and cancel the subscription. Thank you.
