Have you change the language from backend?
Go to Setting > General > Site Language and try by selecting the language.

And write the css for this class to retrieve the required design.

Would you please try by changing the site title form the dashboard. May be the title is appearing from the site title of customizer. If not work, would you please provide the link of your site, so it may help me better to overcome your problem.
