Its simple to change the theme on WordPress. Please follow this steps to change the theme.
Go to dashboard > appearance > themes > Add New
Search the theme there or upload the theme from local directory.
Install and activate it.
If you want to upload the theme locally, your theme file must be zip file.

As your screenshot, the add new button is absent. It may be some conflicts of plugins too. Try once by uninstalling one by one plugin and try.

This theme contains lots of error while i set up on my local server. so i am unable to test this theme on my server. I am so sorry for that because i can’t help you. If you need more help, please hire a customizer or developer to edit and add some features on your site like social share and social link. I can’t edit your site because it need FTP details, WP login etc. If you need more help regarding this, feel free to ask.

Its simple, copy the footer.php file from parent theme and pasted it on the child theme. And edit the child theme footer.php. And activate the child theme. If you are using child theme, just paste the footer.php code on child theme. It will work for you. If not work, let me know.
