In reply to: [Heartbeat Control] Not Disabling HeartbeatI’m having a similar issue. It looks like the rules are just not being saved. Even when creating two rules and pressing Save Changes results in just one rule (Rule 1) with ‘Allow Heartbeat’ and all three option unchecked.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your reply. Ok, so probably your plugin isn’t causing the issue but have you heard about this issue before?
They couldn’t help me either. I just contacted the theme autor as well. Maybe they can help.
Have a great evening!
Thank you Jeremy! A clear and quick reply.
I searched all over the internet and I can’t find anything about the 4xx status codes. Maybe you have an idea? Any idea would help at this moment..
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 doesn’t send form submission on iPadHi Takayuki, thank you for your quick reply. I already read that FAQ topic but since it does work fine on a PC I found it very strange. I’ll contact my provider and let you know about my findings.
@nathanielbessent Thank you for your reply and extra info. It’s really appreciated.
@jeherve Thank you as well for your support. I contacted the theme developer but so far the problem isn’t solved. I tried to delete all custom css and activated another custom css plugin. Also the theme’s custom css functionality. Nevertheless nothing really helps. The current issue is that the website is somehow still loading some ‘old’ css that I’ve entered before the updates. As I’ve read somewhere before, custom css is still stored in the database somewhere. And because I can’t edit it (because the functionality is missing because of my conflicting theme) I can’t change it…. Very frustrating. Maybe deleting it from the database is the solution but I’m really not an database expert..
@nathanielbessent I’m having the exact same issue as you have. Is your issue solved yet? I’m trying a lot of things but I can’t get it to work. My custom CSS is gone and any other custom CSS plugin I’ve installed isn’t working (anymore)…
Ok, I just fixed it. I didn’t find the folder Steve mentioned but I just manually upgraded WordPress by deleting the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders, uploaded those new folders and overwrite the loose files in wp-content and the root folder.

In reply to: [Slideshow] Do Not Upgrade to 2.2.12Thank you! This saved my day..!
Funny enough I only got this error after transferring the website to another provider… Nevertheless overwriting the files fixed the bug! TNX!
