  • Hi @vasile1975,

Have you implemented any custom code on your website?

It is also possible for this error to occur due to a plugin or theme conflict. Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if you are able to increase and decrease the product quantity in the cart using the plus and minus buttons.

You can find a detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @zauroman,

I apologise for the ‘refund’ functionality text. That was meant for a different ticket that I was aswering.

You mentioned that you are not able to reproduce it on your site as of now. That makes troubleshooting a bit challenging. Like I mentioned in my previous reply, the probable causes for the error are custom code/snippet or conflict with a theme/plugin.

If any custom code is implemented on your site related to cart or checkout, please share it here if you can. To determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict, please switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and let us know if the same error is generated again. But, since the error does not occur all the time, it may be difficult to pinpoint the origin of the error right now.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @itzmenikko,

I couldn’t find this error message anywhere in the WooCommerce Core code. I suspect the error message is originating from one of the active plugins. Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the refund functionality is working as expected.

You can find a detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Kindly share the following information for further investigation:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Hi @baldrianforte,

You can try using the?Variation Price Display Range for WooCommerce?or the?Change Price Title for WooCommerce?plugin to customise how you want the price ranges to be displayed.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @soma95r,

Thank you for providing the status report.

While performing the conflict test, were you able to figure out which plugin is causing the issue? If not, please switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and check the ‘My Account’ links. If it is working as expected, reactivate your plugins one by one, and test the links on the ‘My Account’ page after you reactivate each plugin, until you find the one causing the links to stop working.

All the fatal errors on your website are coming from the woocommerce-photo-reviews plugin. Please reach out to the plugin support for the fatal errors as this forum is dedicated to questions/issues related to WooCommerce Core only.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @webdy,

Do you have the latest WooCommerce version (8.0.1) installed? If not, please update WooCommerce. If you have already updated WooCommerce to 8.0.1, please share the following information for further investigation:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Hi @angelvolos,

    Hi @redtailboas,

Please share your site URL so that I can investigate further.

From the screenshot, it looks like this message is coming from a plugin. To confirm, please switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and check if you are still seeing the message. If not, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each reactivation until you find the plugin causing the message to appear.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @landyvlad,

Thanks for sharing a screenshot and System status. Based on the screenshot, it looks like the ‘Continue’ button is missing from your Import page. Here is a screenshot of my test website’s Product Import page for reference: https://snipboard.io/DB72nL.jpg

Try switching your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and then try to import products and let us know if that works.

    Hi @mohammad13yazdani,

It looks like your website is under construction. So, I wasn’t able to test the issue you are facing.

Also, please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the filter by attribute functionality works as expected.

    Hi @spartan0,

Upon inspecting your website, I see an error in the console:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://webcloud.es/bloqueos/login-com.php?id=kqSTmqn2jzwDC7y-7M2uq0v6&rule_id=844’ (redirected from ‘https://academiacryptoonline.com/?wc-ajax=checkout’) from origin ‘https://academiacryptoonline.com’ has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn’t pass access control check: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

Here is a screenshot of the error: https://snipboard.io/905RYE.jpg

It looks like your website is sending a login request to webcloud.es, which is not configured to accept requests from your website. It may be originating from either a plugin or custom code (if you have any).

I understand that you disabled all plugins and tested it once. However, I would like you to switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and then test the checkout process.

If the issue persists despite following the above steps, kindly share the following information for further investigation:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Hi @jhonathassouza,

Did you use the default WooCommerce product importer or a different plugin to import the products?

Please make sure your CSV file is correct. You can refer to the dummy CSV file that has been provided by WooCommerce at this location?wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\sample-data of your site folder.

You can also go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any fatal error logs or other relevant logs from the time you did the import. Those can often show you helpful error messages to point you in the direction of what needs to be changed.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @mikileaks88,

Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the product deletion from cart works as expected.

    Hi @sjhawar,

Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the products are visible.

I suspect that WZone – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates plugin may be causing the issue. I would suggest that you reach out to the plugin’s support – https://www.wzone-plugin.com/contact-us/ – as it is a premium third-party plugin, which is not supported in this forum.

    Good luck!
