I did additional testing.
The version 2.0.6 gives correct results, but the version 2.0.7 gives incorrect results. Therefore, the version 2.0.7 is considered the first version with this problem.
I hope this helps solve the problem.

As an experiment, I installed an old version (Easy-Table-of-Contents-2.0.5.zip).
This gives the correct result.

Once I uninstalled the Slimstat and installed it again, it worked normally.
I do not know the cause.

reCAPTCHA（Google CAPTCHA）を利用すると、今回の状況になります。
（iPhoneではなく）PCからのコメント投稿でも
「特定のホスト情報が見つかりました。」になりました。

reCAPTCHAを使わなければいずれも問題ありませんでした。
