I dont have this problem, but having problems with the comments too (you can check here).

I think that maybe there’s some problem with the print comments function and the php version used in the host…

Hehehe… sure! in fact if there’s not any function to obtain that in WP, the credit will remain intact because in that case I cant do anything ??

Ok… it was a problem using Spam Karma 2.3 RC1.

After deactivating the comments moderation works.

I’m using now PingFix but WP is still doing pings when edit, what version of WP are you using??. I use 2.1.2 and having the same problem that have with Smart Update Pinger.

After upgrading to WP 2.2bleeding I get blank page when trying to edit a post.

In my case the problem was the plugin Kill Preview 2, after deactivating the plugin all goes ok.
